Orders and Shipping
Most orders will ship via USPS- First Class or Priority Mail depending on your location. This ensures that your order will arrive within 2-7 business days depending on your location. All orders are shipped from Ventura or Ojai, California. Most items shipped within 72 hours. Our office hours are 9am-4pm PST. Please note: We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. If the package is too large for USPS, we will ship via UPS.

We only charge sales tax for orders within California. We do not charge sales tax outside of California.

If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
annelle would like to provide you with the best return service possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, please return the item’s) for a replacement, exchange or a refund. A refund will be given to a customer only if the item was bought directly from us within 30 days of the date of purchase. If item was not purchased directly from annelle, please return it to where the product was purchased. Every return shipment must include:
1. the item that is being returned
2. the return form that was sent with your invoice
3. the original invoice or a clear copy of the original invoice
Please include contact information and anything else you feel is relevant. annelle encourages you to return your package using a traceable method such as UPS, Fed Ex, or a US Mail delivery confirmation) to help ensure the package arrived at our warehouse. We will only assume responsibility once it is signed for by our Receiving Department.
The goods must be returned intact, complete in all their parts and in their original packaging (envelopes and packaging, labels, cars, tags, straps, seals, etc), having been kept and used only for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their condition, features and size, in accordance with normal diligence, there being no signs of wear or dirt.
